A girl as young as she
Fair and lean that’s all you’ll see
With heart like gold none has known
She believed in all and loved like so
Little her heart be
Abiding in adult company
All she wished all along
Can I be like mummy when I grow up?
And so that star heard her voice
Gave her flesh, flesh and then poise
And now she’s growing against her will you see
Because her clothes no longer fit
And now theres flesh
That’s all that’s there
But flesh has gone out of fashion
That’s the problem not what’s she’s got on
No crime did she commit
No sin did she mean
All she was was a little girl with a golden heart
Wishing to be like her mummy with all of that golden heart.
“Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months”
