Summer Romance

S

Twas the dusk of spring

Everyone anticipating what summer would bring

It was a time of possibilities

Everyone using hidden capabilities

Girls putting on bikinis

Boys dieting on zuchini

The flirts, the romantics

The healthy, the diabetic

All come to bask in the sun

Come one come all

To get their share of the summer

Somethings they are bound not to remember

She however, sat in her room

Her room filled with books

she grinned at the new ones

To her, her love life had won

Nathan would come home

She was his home

But till then her summer romance had no dent

Mills, Boons and her She was content.
